Phil Bundy, a Baltimore Maryland native is pursuing his dream of competing on the PGA Tour. Phil began playing golf at the age of nine. He won the 1984 Maryland High School Championship by a record margin of 10 strokes. At Wake Forest he was a member of the 1986 NCAA Championship Team while earning his MBA.
After college he utilized his MBA in many other areas of the golf industry, married his wife Donna and they had a son, Charlie. It was Charlie who inspired Phil to pursue his dream of competing on the PGA Tour.
Two decades later, Phil began competing at higher level and won the NGT Virginia Beach Open in 2007 and the NGT Captial Series Championship a month later. The Virginia Beach Open was his first professional victory.
